2020 Spaces implemented 2020 Ideal Spaces across Leroy Merlin Russia’s website and hundreds of stores, enabling customers to design projects at home and complete purchases with help from associates. The solution has driven strong adoption and measurable sales impact, with up to 60,000 projects created and saved each month, more than 112 stores using the platform, and up to 27% of saved projects converting to sales.
