Casey’s Creative Kitchens, a Waterloo, Ontario design firm led by Benjamin John Ouellette, needed a faster, more accurate way to turn kitchen concepts into client-ready presentations while supporting detailed customization across many manufacturers. The team turned to 2020 Spaces and its 2020 Design software to improve 3D CAD workflows, renderings, and client visualization.

With 2020 Spaces, Benjamin learned the software in-house and now uses it to create highly detailed kitchen designs, manufacturer-specific layouts, and immersive VR/panoramic presentations that help clients understand spaces before committing. The solution improved speed, accuracy, and flexibility in the design process, supporting award-winning work, including a North American “Elite Design Award” kitchen.
