2020 Fusion Customer Spotlight Tara Sims from Total Plumbing Supplies
Total Plumbing Supplies Ltd, a five-branch plumbing and bathroom retailer in the South West, needed a way to help customers better picture their bathroom projects and choose layouts with confidence. Using 2020 Spaces’ 2020 Fusion software in its Escape Bathrooms & Kitchens showrooms, designer Tara Sims was able to create detailed bathroom concepts that supported customer consultations and design decisions.
With 2020 Spaces’ 2020 Fusion, Tara used boxes, measurement tools, and cloud decorative items to build realistic designs that showed different product placements and helped avoid pinch points. The result was a more intuitive design process and a better customer experience, with clients able to visualise their space and compare layout options more easily; Tara also won the Bathroom category in the 2020 Fusion Inspiration Contest.
