Reynolds Consumer Products needed to replace an unsupported Product Information Management (PIM) system while also meeting growing retailer demands for more product attributes, better automation, and stronger data handling across channels. To address this, Reynolds worked with 1WorldSync and LANSA to find a new PIM solution that could replicate existing functionality while improving integrations, workflows, validations, and omnichannel syndication.

1WorldSync, using LANSA Data Sync Direct and its Professional Services team, implemented a flexible GDSN-compliant PIM and data distribution solution that aggregated product data from multiple sources into a single source of truth. The result was improved workflow management, easier troubleshooting, stronger data validation, and the ability to share both GDSN and non-GDSN product information with trading partners and retailer portals, helping Reynolds move to a more trusted and scalable product content process.
