Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene, and energy solutions, needed a single, accurate, up-to-date view of product information across its enterprise. With manual processes and siloed systems making content quality difficult to track, the company relied on complaints and scorecards rather than a proactive approach. Ecolab worked with 1WorldSync and EnterWorks Enable PIM to improve product data management and reporting.
