Tourism Kamloops, a not-for-profit destination marketing organization, wanted to increase awareness of Kamloops as a travel destination while maintaining website activity and occupancy during the Covid-19 pandemic. They turned to 1UP Digital Marketing for support with digital marketing efforts aimed at driving more visitors and keeping the destination top of mind.

1UP Digital Marketing implemented a multi-channel strategy that included Google Grants search advertising, display and video campaigns, and highly targeted audience segmentation across dozens of campaigns. The work delivered strong results, including a 36% increase in website users, a 118% increase in paid conversions, a 164% increase in video views, a 568% increase in clicks for display, and a 79% reduction in cost per conversion.
