Robinson Lighting & Bath Centre, a Canadian retailer of high-quality lighting, kitchen, and bath fixtures, worked with 1UP Digital Marketing to improve the performance of its Google Ads program. The company wanted to drive more qualified website traffic and increase ROI, but the existing ad setup was not delivering enough value to justify the spend.
1UP Digital Marketing audited and rebuilt the account by splitting one broad campaign into nine showroom-specific campaigns, creating tightly themed ad groups, separating search and display, refining keyword match types, and adding remarketing. The overhaul led to much higher traffic quality and strong engagement, with conversions up 393%, CTR up 547%, and conversion rate up 1,878%, even as clicks fell 73% and impressions fell 96% due to the shift away from low-quality traffic.
