Golf Kamloops, a marketing consortium managed by Tourism Kamloops, wanted to raise awareness of Kamloops as a golfing destination and drive website bookings for curated golf packages during the pandemic. To meet this challenge, they worked with 1UP Digital Marketing on a digital marketing and website optimization initiative.

1UP Digital Marketing overhauled the website to improve user experience, site speed, and booking usability, while also running seasonal search, display, and video campaigns to drive awareness and conversions. The results were strong: conversion rate increased by 390%, homepage loading time dropped by 63% from 4.6 seconds to 1.7 seconds, and total conversions rose by 254%, with search campaign conversions up 236% and display cost per conversion down 83%.
