Working with 1E over a decade, Unum deployed NightWatchman (power management), Shopping (an enterprise app store) and Nomad (peer‑to‑peer content distribution) as part of 1E’s Windows Servicing Suite. The result: about 20,000 end‑user installations through Shopping, prevention of thousands of helpdesk calls (≈$560,000 saved annually), reliable patching and power savings, elimination of many field servers and a cut in distribution servers from 23 to about 6—enabling a smoother, largely automated Windows 10 rollout and improved end‑user productivity.
