The new box design had to reflect ODL's personable and playful brand personality while highlighting the product's key selling points: being custom, high quality, and nearly invisible.

19 Ideas designed a sophisticated box with a matte, velvety exterior that used Spot Gloss UV printing to make the messaging visible only in certain light, emphasizing the aligners' discreet nature. The interior featured a bright yellow color and playful phrases for a surprising, delightful user experience.
