The North Canterbury Transport Infrastructure Recovery (NCTIR) alliance faced a monumental challenge following the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake, needing to restore critical road and rail links with immense urgency. 12d Synergy provided a centralized platform that served as a single source of truth for all project data, supporting collaboration for 350 designers from 30 organizations. The solution managed 1.36 million files and 5.7 TB of data, ensuring quality through version control and standardized workflows. This allowed NCTIR to work efficiently at scale, contributing to the successful reopening of the vital transport corridors just over a year after the earthquake.
