Using 12d Synergy, the joint venture created a controlled environment for BIM management, document control, and worksharing. The solution enforced quality standards, enabled a fully digital review process, and supported flexible collaboration for over 80 staff. The results included the successful delivery of the $400 million project, the replacement of a paper-based system with over 20,000 digital mark-ups, and the creation of a benchmark for future digital transport delivery in Queensland.
