P3 Health Partners is a physician‑led population health management company serving more than 100,000 patients across four states. Faced with mountains of clinical and administrative data (about eight terabytes of records), strict security and compliance requirements, and a small IT staff, P3 needed a secure, highly available hosting alternative so it could focus on patient care rather than building and managing a data center.

P3 moved to a hosted private cloud from 11:11 Systems with managed backup, storage replication and disaster‑recovery services, multi‑layer firewalls, and a customer portal plus a dedicated support team. The solution strengthened security and helped maintain HITRUST certification, delivered tested replication and recovery capabilities, reduced staffing needs (avoiding the need for several full‑time infrastructure hires), enabled rapid scaling and deployments, and cut costs by roughly half compared with a public cloud alternative.
