The solution focused on key management areas such as mindset, teamwork, and motivation. The programme achieved highly positive results, with 100% of delegates agreeing it was a valuable investment and a good use of their time. Furthermore, 90% of participants would fully recommend the programme, and 70% fully agreed they learned a lot, confirming the success of 10Eighty's approach.
