RTPI upskills 18 managers over 6 months with 10EIGHTY

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) sought to upskill its managers, providing them with the confidence and skills to lead their teams effectively and navigate common management challenges in line with its core values. To achieve this, RTPI partnered with 10Eighty for a bespoke Management Development Programme.

10Eighty designed and delivered a six-month programme consisting of four bespoke modules for 18 line managers. The solution included the Strengthscope 360 tool to provide personalized insights. All delegates rated the programme as very good or excellent, reporting increased skills and confidence. 10Eighty's programme successfully created a more supportive and effective management environment at RTPI.
