AssetCore, a new asset and loan security data service, faced the challenge of modernizing the UK's £132 billion social housing market. The market relied on offline, spreadsheet-based systems, leading to burdensome communication between housing associations, banks, and finance teams. To solve this, AssetCore needed to create a secure, web-based application for storing, analyzing, and sharing property data and documents in real time.

Using the 10Duke SDK, Identity Provider, and Reporting Service APIs, the solution provided complex multi-organisation authentication and sophisticated reporting capabilities out of the box. The 10Duke APIs enabled AssetCore to build and market the complex application quickly, in just nine months. The results included a greatly reduced administrative burden, a substantial reduction in property data review time, and a lower potential for errors, receiving extremely positive feedback from the housing industry.
