Causeway, a leading supplier of software for the built environment, faced challenges with its complex and inefficient in-house licensing system for its 13 applications. Needing to reduce costs and support growth, they sought a solution to manage diverse license models, automate administration, and enable enterprise features like SSO. They partnered with vendor 10Duke to implement a centralized licensing system.

10Duke deployed its Identity Provider, Entitlement Service, and Reporting Service to create a centralized, identity-based licensing engine for Causeway. The solution automated license provisioning, enabled single sign-on, and provided valuable customer usage insights. This resulted in a more secure and simplified experience for Causeway's 2,000 customers while significantly reducing the internal costs of license management for Causeway.
