Betco Corporation, a Toledo-based janitorial and sanitation supplier with more than 250 cleaning and maintenance formulations and nationwide distribution, expanded into consumer packaged goods and began selling to large retailers like Office Depot. That shift brought strict EDI requirements, charge-backs for non-compliance, and a loss of operational visibility as manual customer service and AR tasks were automated—leading to inefficiencies, frequent penalties, and many unhelpful alerts from custom ERP scripts.
