MaxCon Construction Management Software, a division of Fortuna Logistics, LLC, was formed by a general contractor who needed a profit-improvement solution for managing construction companies. After an exhaustive search and review of existing contractor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs none were found that suited all his needs. Thus, MaxCon was conceived and built for his internal use. After major advancements and improvements MaxCon changed its focus from internal usage to offering this cutting-edge-web-based software to the general contractor, specialty trades, and roofing contractor markets.
